Eric did well in selling my home. He helped me arrange some repairs, and handled my cantankerous personality well. The sale was closed a little later than anticipated, but that was caused at the buyer's lender.

I have never seen someone who works as hard as Ashley. When I first met her, it was over the phone on a Friday, which is one of her busiest days. She didn't recognize my phone number because she has never seen me or has know me yet. But she answered. And she was very eager to help me find my  home. I was honest with her right off the bat. My credit was bad. I made poor decisions in the past but I needed stepping stones to get there. So she sent me to a lender she trusted. Of course, I didn't get approved. But she didn't stop there. Ashley showed me a home anyway, knowing I needed work. Knowing that my credit was not in good standing. She did this because she wanted me to get excited. And I did. It was mind blown that a stranger actually cared. As I went through the process, she continued to show me houses. She would call me regularly to keep me on track to my goal of being a home owner. She sent different houses to look at and took the time to find out what I wanted in my first house. 5 months later, I reapplied and got pre-qualified. My wife and I don't have many days off together and our availability was slim. Ashley agreed to meet with us at approx. 7pm one night. I don't know any other realtor who would do that. Ashley worked with us for a little over a year in our search for a home. I could not be more impressed with her patience and atention to detail. My wife and I were first time home buyers and didn't even know where to start. We had A set budget and we each had very specific features we were looking for in a first home. Zac was very helpful in helping us find our new home. Anytime we were interested in seeing a property he quickly reached out to the seller/listing agent to get the details. There were several times we were able to see the property within 2 hours of calling him. He helped guide us through the  negotiations all the way to the closing table. Ashley is been grated. She not just help us through the hole process but was always on top of every single issue; if she didn't know the answer to a question or concern she didn't hesitate to said I don't know but I will find out, and the same day she got back in touch with the answer. I could not believe the speed of the sale. Listed house on Friday, received two offers on Saturday, entered into contract on Sunday, closed thirty days later! Wow! I tried to count how many houses Mark and I saw and I lost count somewhere around 55, all within a 2-month timeframe. I was obsessive, spending hours looking through hundreds of listings and sending Mark a list of sometimes 10 houses at a time to set up showings for. He never lost patience with me,  was always extremely responsive and always found a way to carve out time for me, usually within 24-48 hours of me sending a list. I had an excellent experience working with Alberto. As a first time home buyer, I had too many things going on my head related to process and of course how to stay within my budget. I could not recommend Kim Taylor with 220 Agents enough. After my fathers sudden and unexpected passing, I was tasked with selling the house. I live nearly 3 hours from Raleigh and Kim made the entire process straightforward and simple. Kim was able to help me navigate the normal selling process as well as dealing with difficult family dynamics that can occur due to a sudden death in the family. Kim was accommodating to my schedule as I was only able to come to Raleigh on weekends. Kim worked with the buyer to give me additional time after closing to clean out the house. Kim worked closely with my estate attorney to overcome several obstacles along the way, and we came out selling the house for substantially more than the 4 other relators I spoke with, before deciding on Kim. She was recommended to me after selling my grandmothers house under equally difficult circumstances. My husband and I met Patty at an open house about a year or so ago. Actually, we happen to be driving by a listing she was representing, phoned her and asked if she could show it to us. Eric Jackson was my realtor and in my eyes still Is! He went way above and beyond his call of duty for me. I worked with Ashley who was attentive and did great it every category. She was fantastic working with my schedule and setting up visiting times. She educated me on different aspects of properties to look out for as a buyer. She pointed out details at each property and would explain what those would mean. During the buy process, she negotiated about a total of 21k my way during the buy process which was great. Overall, I had a great experience buying my home. She was patient as we went through many poor properties before ultimately finding a good one for me. She had good contacts to help make repairs upon completion of the purchase and took a lot of stress of my shoulders by handling most difficulties in the buying process for me. They helped with staging the house, getting it ready , to pricing it properly where the house had multiple offers and went to highest and best and got $100,000 over asking price.
