Triangle Real Estate Updates
New developments spark change in the Triangle
Despite the ongoing pandemic, Triangle real estate is stronger than ever—and we're actually seeing quite a few new developments and infrastructure improvements in our area. Fenton, a mixed-use development in Cary near WakeMed Soccer Park, is expected to offer one million square feet of office space, 444,000 square feet of retail space, 800+ multi-family housing units, two hotels, and more. Other highlights include the John Chavis Memorial Park and Community Center in Downtown Raleigh, as well as continued revitalization of Dix Park.
